Challenger ADA Shawn Low
Challenger ADA
I have been involved with Little League in the Challenger program for over 14 years, starting when my son started at 5 (Dakota is now 19). I have a deep passion for giving kids with Special Needs the opportunity to play a team sport, just like their siblings and friends do. I started in Rancho Santa Margarita back in 2009. After growing that program, I moved to Ladera Ranch and managed the Challenger Program there, building it until they had multiple teams. In 2015 I moved to Aliso Viejo. Aliso Viejo Little League did not have a Challenger Program, so I started a team here. 8 years later, we have 4 teams. I am committed to creating an environment for these kids that they can play, succeed, make friends, and believe that they can do anything they put their mind to.

Junior ADA Robert Pryor
Junior ADA
Robert played Little League as a child and was ecstatic when his son started playing at Aliso Viejo Little League in 2014. Immediately Robert got involved and has now been a volunteer umpire for over 10 years, coached for 9 years including All-Stars, Intermediate and Junior, and served on the Aliso Viejo Little League Board of Directors for 4 years as Umpire in Chief. For the past 2 years he has been a member of the District 55 Umpire Advisory Committee and is now looking forward to this new chapter as a member of the District 55 Staff focusing on Junior and Intermediate divisions.

Assistant Chief Umpire Jim Frankenfield

Jim started umpiring in 2013 when his son was in AA. After only a couple of games as a new volunteer umpire, Jim knew that it was something he wanted to continue doing. He joined the Laguna Niguel Little League Board of Directors in 2014 as the League UIC. He served on the LNLL BOD for three years as the UIC, one year as President, and one year as a member at large. Jim has attended several Western Region Rules and Mechanics Clinics over 10 years that he has been a Little League volunteer umpire. He has also umpired many local, sectional, and state tournaments.
